We are pleased to be able to provide strength & conditioning services. Our gym is over a thousand square feet, and can accommodate everyone, including those doing post-surgical rehab, sport performance training, or elite power lifting and weight lifting.
Recovery from an Injury
Are you looking to train but are dealing with an injury? Our therapists can get you started on a program, or give you stretches and exercises to help in recovery. Book with any of our physical therapists who can guide your training program that is catered to your injury.
Progressive Strength Development with Mat Palmer
Several times a year we offer camps designed to promote certain aspects of health and exercise, and Mat Palmer is available for private strength sessions as well. If you are interested in exploring these options further, please contact our front office.
