Sam was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Regina in 2022. She went on to earn her Master of Physical Therapy in 2025, where she was awarded both the Marj Braid Bursary for Outstanding Achievement in Orthopaedics and the Sport Physiotherapy Saskatchewan Student Merit Award.
Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, Sam developed a strong appreciation for movement, sport performance, and the role rehabilitation plays in keeping people active. She is passionate about helping individuals return not only to sport, but also to the activities that matter most in their daily lives. Whether that means getting back to competition, work, gardening, or simply moving with confidence again, Sam strives to create individualized treatment plans that support each patient’s goals. Sam takes an active, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation, incorporating manual therapy, strength training, and movement-based exercise to help patients build resilience and return to activity with confidence. Outside of the clinic, Sam can often be found at the rink competing in the National Ringette League with the Sask Heat. She also enjoys strength training, golfing, and relaxing with a good book. |

Neurofascial Release Neurofascial release is a scientifically proven and unique means of achieving greater flexibility. It works to create improved symmetry around the joints for superior joint performance. It can help relieve tightness in muscles and connective tissues due to aging or inactivity, and can improve flexibility. |
Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Pelvic floor physiotherapy involves the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. The pelvic floor consists of muscles, ligaments, and tissue, which together make up the floor of the pelvis or core. When muscles and other structures lose their normal control and do not function properly, this is called dysfunction. Pelvic floor rehabilitation works to strengthen and re-train the pelvic floor to help correct the problems associated with pelvic floor dysfunction. |
