Your Missing Link: Nutrition

Your nutrition is the foundation of everything that happens IN and TO your body. The difference between being ill or healthy, being fit or overweight, and struggling or fully thriving in life all boils down to your diet and the foods you feed your body. You can not only exercise, walk, meditate or stretch your way into a healthy body, in order to completely transform your body’s state of health, you must first prioritize your nutrition.

To successfully reach your health and fitness goals, while actually maintaining your results, you need three things: a strong mindset, a sound nutrition protocol, and an accountability system - the results trifecta. Most wellness/fitness programs are not supporting you in this well-rounded approach because nutrition education is consistently unrated, overlooked, and misunderstood! As a society, we have year-round access to more food than ever before, yet we are also more sick, overweight, and unhealthy than ever before. Food is no longer looked at as fuel; food has become a drug.

That is why Kessa Scriver has created this workshop, to help create a clear understanding of the standard American diet and how it is negatively impacting your body AND mind, provide you with beginner friendly nutrition changes that can be made right away, and show you how to implement accountability systems that will help you maintain your results. Kessa is a Holistic Nutritionist, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach and an ISSA Transformation Specialist, allowing her to successfully address her client’s main nutrition concerns, while also suggesting key lifestyle changes that can be made to optimize her client’s overall well-being.
