Low back pain is now the leading cause of disability worldwide. Our new normal consisting of self-isolation periods and social distancing has everyone modifying their behaviours and activities. Maybe you’ve moved from your regular office setup to a home workstation. Perhaps your workout routine has changed or you’re unable to attend your favourite gym or workout classes and have noticed your day-to-day routine becoming more sedentary. Maybe because of all the extra time you have you’ve decided to flex your green thumb or become a DIY contractor and have noticed some unusual aches and pains in muscles you didn’t know existed.
