Have you ever heard of the phase, “exercise is medicine”?
What does the phrase mean to you?
Have you been achieving your recommended daily dose of exercise?

In the last year or more, there has been a substantial disruption of resources for us to participate in exercise. Without regular physical activity, our health and wellness will inevitably decline. Now is the time for you to take control and improve your health!
During this seminar, we will introduce how regular exercise can improve your holistic health through physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects. We will also introduce options for you to improve your current activity levels and ways to achieve and promote healthy behaviours.

Time: 7:00-8:00 PM

Workshop Details
During this seminar, we will introduce how regular exercise can improve your holistic health through physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects. We will also introduce options for you to improve your current activity levels and ways to achieve and promote healthy behaviors.
