Chronic Pain Services
Jennifer Fairbairn, Physiotherapist
We are pleased to be working in partnership with Jennifer to provide chronic pain management services.
Chronic pain affects up to 20% of the adult population. Maintaining an active lifestyle or improving your activity tolerance is not easy or simple when faced with flare ups and pain that persists. Gaining an understanding of how pain works can be an important tool in managing chronic pain and regaining function.
Chronic Pain Workshop: "No Pain, No Gain? Know Pain! Know Gain!"
We are once again offering this workshop! Jennifer will be hosting a session on Tuesday, September 25th, and is accepting registration for a chronic pain management class to follow in October. The workshop is free of charge, but there is a cost if you also wish to attend the pain management class. You can contact us about the class by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. If you wish to register for the free workshop, you can do so here.
If you attended our Chronic Pain Workshop hosted by Jennifer and wanted more information, here are some of the links, books, and names that she recommends.
