Where Science & Art Become One
Welcome to Mackie Physiotherapy, where you are our priority. Our goal is to ensure that each patient receives personalized care, specific to their injury or needs, and that they are exceptionally well taken care of from the moment they arrive, until the moment they leave. We strive to be leaders in patient care and customer relations, and attack each case with a sincere desire to provide the most complete rehabilitation possible. The down home, family atmosphere, along with many years of experience and specialty training, has led to a large history of patient successes and a level of confidence in our care for you.
Coming up at Mackie Physiotherapy!
We are pleased to be offering a FREE nutritional workshop on December 8th at 7 PM, offered by our very own Brooke Bulloch, RD!! Eating well is not just about ensuring we get the right balance of whole foods; most of us know we need to eat more whole vegetables and fruit! A huge part of eating well is understanding our own relationship with food, recognizing barriers that make it difficult to eat well, and gaining insight as to WHY and HOW we eat. This short presentation will have participants recognize strengths and barriers around food and reflect on their food environment. We will discuss (and practice) mindful eating concepts and take a look at my 5 key practical and sustainable principles to optimizing WHAT we eat without compromising taste, values, or cultural preferences.
