Young Athletes Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp
Camp runs July 10-September 2 on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturday at 10 AM.

This specifically designed camp is for our young athletes ages 13-18. Our goal is to teach excellent form in all lifting techniques so the athletes are confident and safe. The camp will also include strength conditioning for stamina. The athletic conditioning component will take place either in the gym or right behind the clinic on the full soccer pitch. The athletes will come away with a great experience in lifting techniques, and will be stronger and more fit by the end.
