Mackie Power Build Camp

  • 12 weeks program duration

This exclusive camp is offered as a training continuation of our MMA Camp (Mackie Movement, Mindset & Accountability). This exercise class is offered exclusively to graduates of the MMA program.

In the MMA Camp, group participants go through the three pillars necessary to accomplish a total body & mind transformation: movement, nutrition, and mindset, all combined with accountability. The workouts in this camp involve weight training and strength training exercises designed to help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve your strength! Overall, helping you build a body that makes you happy and confident!

The PowerBuild camp creates a beautiful blend of both POWERlifting and bodyBUILDING, helping you to develop functional strength in your squat, bench and deadlift, while building a shapely physique with noticeable muscle tone.

Sign up for our MMA Camp first to gain the necessary knowledge on how to improve your diet and nutrition, while training under the PowerBuild philosophy. Once you have completed the MMA program, maintain the exercise routine and join the PowerBuild camp (this camp does not include nutrition.)
