In this free educational presentation, we’ll explore just how achievable better health can be. You’ll learn about the Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines, including how much movement you actually need for long-term health and longevity. We’ll also discuss the minimal effective dose for both building strength and improving cardiovascular fitness, helping you understand the simplest and most time-efficient ways to make progress toward a healthier you.
 
Whether you’re someone who already exercises or someone who’s been meaning to start, this presentation will help you cut through the noise, set realistic goals, and find easy, sustainable strategies that fit your life.
