Kirstin grew up in Lanigan, Saskatchewan. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Regina, majoring Human Kinetics, then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2023.
Kirstin believes physiotherapy is for everyone. She is passionate about helping people move better, build mobility and strength, and stay active and independent for life. Kirstin takes an active approach to rehabilitation, incorporating elements of manual therapy, strength training, and home exercises based on your goals and lifestyle. Kirstin is a certified Level 1 Pelvic Floor physiotherapist and certified in Biomedical Dry Needling. A former university volleyball player, she has a soft spot for volleyball athletes and a special interest in women’s health. Outside the clinic, Kirstin enjoys staying active through strength training, running and golfing (or trying to). She also enjoys making sourdough and playing card games with friends. |
