Born and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Brae completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise and Sport Studies) with Distinction in 2023, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy in 2025 from the University of Saskatchewan.
Brae is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them. He believes in providing individualized, evidence-based care that blends education, exercise, and hands-on treatment to support long-term health and confidence in movement. Brae’s approach to physical therapy care is centered on compassion, collaboration, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery. Throughout his education journey and clinical experience, Brae has worked with a wide range of clients in a variety of settings, including musculoskeletal focused private practice, multidisciplinary medical environments, acute geriatric re-enablement, outpatient neuro, and long-term care. Brae has a strong interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and strength development, manual therapy, and treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. Outside of the clinic, Brae enjoys strength training, playing recreational sports, golfing, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. |

Sydney is born and raised in Saskatoon. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction in 2022 before earning her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2025. Upon graduation, she received the N.W. Tymchyshyn Memorial Award, recognizing the graduate who demonstrated the highest level of clinical proficiency.
With a lifelong involvement in sport and physical activity, Sydney developed an early appreciation for movement and performance. Her experiences as a competitive basketball player and her active lifestyle sparked her interest in rehabilitation and ultimately led her to a career in physical therapy. Sydney is committed to helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. She takes an individualized approach to care, integrating exercise prescription, manual therapy, and patient education to support clients of all ages in achieving their goals. Outside of clinical practice, Sydney has been involved in coaching high school basketball and recreational wheelchair tennis. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and walking her dog. |

Physiotherapy Providing Manual Therapy We treat a wide range of injuries and conditions, as well as providing pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. People with chronic conditions and illnesses often benefit from physiotherapy intervention. We provide third-party billing services for motor vehicle accidents and work-related injuries, as well as services for DND, DVA, and the RCMP. |
Neurofascial Release Neurofascial release is a scientifically proven and unique means of achieving greater flexibility. It works to create improved symmetry around the joints for superior joint performance. It can help relieve tightness in muscles and connective tissues due to aging or inactivity, and can improve flexibility. |
Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Pelvic floor physiotherapy involves the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. The pelvic floor consists of muscles, ligaments, and tissue, which together make up the floor of the pelvis or core. When muscles and other structures lose their normal control and do not function properly, this is called dysfunction. Pelvic floor rehabilitation works to strengthen and re-train the pelvic floor to help correct the problems associated with pelvic floor dysfunction. |

Exercise Classes We are pleased to be able to provide a elite training centre for our clients at our Arlington location. Our gym is over a thousand square feet, and can accommodate everyone, including those doing post-surgical rehab, sport performance training, or elite power lifting and weight lifting. Several times a year we offer camps designed to promote certain aspects of health and exercise. In addition, we offer gym memberships to our clients and the general public for those people who are interested in a self-directed workout plan. |
Exercise Rehabilitation & Programming Are you looking to train but dealing with an injury? Our therapists can get you started on a program, or give you stretches and exercises to help in recovery. Book with any of our physical therapists who can guide your training program that is catered to your injury. They can also provide sport-specific programming, post-surgical rehabilitation, and pre-surgical strengthening to help shorten your recovery time. |

NormaTec Compression The NormaTec Via Series is a non-invasive, painless, pneumatic compression device that treats a variety of peripheral circulatory conditions. The devices utilize a patented compression technology, and multi-zoned garments which rhythmically inflate and deflate to carefully prescribed pressures, effectively mobilizing stagnant fluid in the limbs. It can be used to treat and provide relief for a variety of conditions. |
